I only have one resolution this year:
I will not get so involved with things that do not concern me.
Along those same lines, I am going to try to not care so much about the things going on around me. I'm not going to comment on everyone's Facebook postings. I'm not going to feel that I need to write an email to everyone with whom I have not been in touch recently. I'm going to resist the urge to share everything with "someone."
I've gotten myself so wrapped up in others that I've just opened myself up for hurt and I'm sick of it. I'm going into hermit mode. I think that will be the best thing for me.
